Shipping & Returns


When you place an order with Open Window Living Solutions Ltd, our goal is to have the order packed and shipped within 48 to 72 hours. Special order items may take longer.

All orders will be shipped via Fed-Ex ground. Shipping times and costs will be dictated by the carrier and based upon the size of the order.

We are happy to offer our customers a return or an exchange for items purchased on line. Returns or exchanges are accepted on NEW goods only - not damaged - within 21 days from the date of purchase. All returns and exchanges will require proof of purchase.

If you wish to return your product, please follow these easy steps:
  1. Contact our customer care team at openwindow@owlscanada.com where a RA will be issued for the return of the goods.
  2. Please note that all returns must be sent back pre-paid to Owls Canada. Shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer for all returns.
  3. Once the items have been received and reviewed, you will either receive new items (for exchange), or a refund for the cost of purchase only - NOT the shipping.
  4. Refunds will be issued directly to the credit card used for the purchase. E-mail notification will be sent once the return has been processed. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to process once the returned goods are received.
  5. Used good or damaged goods will not be accepted for return - new items only may be returned or exchanged. For exchanged items - shipping costs will apply to the customer.
If you have cancelled your order because you have changed your mind, please note that you will have to pay costs for returning the goods.
